CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that, pursuant to Section 13. 2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project <br /> ordinance is hereby adopted: <br /> Section 1. * The project authorized is for the construction of facilities and the <br /> development of a park in the Northern Fairview Community by the re- <br /> vitalization of a landfill area. The project will be financed by a <br /> State grant. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the <br /> project within the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> State Grant 20 000 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: - <br /> Revitalization - Northern Fairview Park $20;000 <br /> Adopted this 30th day of September, 1985. <br /> Beverly A.
