Financial Records and Reporting. Rape Crisis agrees to furnish the <br /> Center Finance Officer with quarterly financial statements, on or before the 5th <br /> business day following the close of each calendar quarter during the term of <br /> this agreement. The financial report will include as a minimum a balance sheet <br /> (assets, liabilities, and equity) and a statement of income (revenues and expen- <br /> ditures). Rape Crisis will submit other financial reports as directed by either <br /> or both the Center Finance Officer and the Orange County Finance Offier. In <br /> addition to supplying such statements, Rape Crisis agrees to allow both the <br /> Center Finance Officer and the Orange County Finance Officer or their respective <br /> designates to inspect its books upon reasonable notice during normal working <br /> hours. The financial 'reports will be prepared in the format so designated by <br /> the Center Finance Officer. <br />
