010 <br /> 6 <br /> XIV. RETURNED CHECK FEE <br /> Each check for payment made payable to the County is accepted subject to <br /> collection, and a service fee will be charged for each instance when such <br /> check is not honored for payment by the bank or other institution on which <br /> it is drawn. <br /> The service fee shall be added to and become a part of the monies due the <br /> County for which the dishonored check was drawn and shall, be payable upon <br /> notice. <br /> XV. ABRIDGERENT OR MODIFICATION OF RULES <br /> A. No promise, agreement or representation of any employee of the County <br /> shall be binding upon the County unless it shall have been agreed <br /> upon in writing, signed and accepted by the duly authorized officers <br /> of the County. <br /> B. No modification of rates or any of the rules and regulations shall be <br /> made by any agent of the County without the expressed approval of the <br /> County Board of Commissioners, as recorded in the minutes of the <br /> Board meeting. <br /> XVI.
