Also, goal 9.3 would apply. <br /> 4. The developer will install the lines in accordance with the <br /> approved plans. <br /> 5. The County shall have access for purposes of inspection of the <br /> pipe line construction at all times. <br /> 6. No pipe line shall be connected to the County system until the <br /> County has inspected and confirmed that the lines have been <br /> installed in accordance to the approved plans and County stan- <br /> dards. Final approval shall be made to the developer in writing <br /> with the issuance of a Final Approval and Acceptance Certificate <br /> by the County. <br /> 7. Upon completion of the new extension, the developer will deed <br /> the complete facility, to include all rights of way, easements, <br /> permits, franchises and authorizations or other instruments <br /> needed, for the operation and maintenance of the facility, to <br /> the County. The County will not reimburse the developer for the <br /> extension. <br /> IX. ACCESS TO PREMISES <br /> A. Duly authorized agents of the County shall have access at all reason- <br /> able hours to the premises of the customer for the purpose of <br /> installing or removing County property, inspecting piping, reading or <br /> testing meters or for any other purpose in connection with the <br /> County's service and facilities. <br /> B. Each customer shall grant or convey or shall cause to be granted or <br /> conveyed, to the County a perpetual easement and right of way across <br /> any property owned or controlled by the consumer wherever said per- <br /> petual easement and right of way is necessary for the County sewer <br /> facilities and lines so as to be able to furnish service to the con- <br /> sumer. <br /> X. CHANGE CP CCCUPANCY <br /> A. Not less than three days notice must be given in person or in writ- <br /> ing, at the County's revenue department, to discontinue service for a <br /> change in occupancy. <br /> B. The outgoing party shall be responsible for all sewer service up to <br /> the time of departure or the time specified for departure, whichever <br /> period is longer. <br /> C. Whenever there is change in the use of a business the applicant shall <br /> submit and the County shall make a determination that the effluent <br /> produced by the occupant or use will not adversely affect the sewage <br /> treatment process at the waste treatment plant. <br /> XI. <br />
