040 <br /> Sec. 4.1. Effective date. <br /> This ordinance shall be effective on November 4 , 1985. <br /> Applicants for license under this ordinance shall have sixty (60) <br /> days from its effective date to apply for a license. No massage <br /> business or massage practitioner shall be deemed in violation of <br /> the licensing requirements of this ordinance during the sixty <br /> (60) day period following the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> No massage business or massage practitioner that has made <br /> application for a license within sixty (60) days of the effective <br /> date of this ordinance shall be deemed in violation of this <br /> ordinance during that license application process through the <br /> point in time of the County Manager ' s decision on the <br /> application. <br /> 21 <br />
