We bave forwarded copies.•to Governor Martin, members of the.leader— . <br /> ship of the General Assembly, and our own legislative delegation. - <br /> - • <br /> The long range problems which could result from inaction today make this <br /> an issue which must be addressed. We ask you and your Board to consider <br /> Orange County's position with respect to future—highway—maintenance and <br /> construction needs.
