Miller abstained. <br /> • <br /> MOTION : Yuhasz moved positive findings on 20.3 .2 al , bl <br /> and C . Pearson seconded the motion . <br /> Smith noted that the Board could address ( el on <br /> the basis of their previous decision . She advised <br /> the Board that they were. to review- the evidence <br /> and comment on it as. part of the process in making <br /> the findings. <br /> Pearson commented on Cdl that staff had determined <br /> the OEM stipulation to constitute a changed <br /> condition. <br /> Jacobs responded- that the problem was due to wrong <br /> actions- by the applicant.
