In the Board of ; <br /> Commissioners review (August 5, 1985) of the request for <br /> decision , it determined that new information had been submitted <br /> after public hearing and directed that the request be sent back <br /> to public hearing as a new request on August 26, 1985. The <br /> Board also directed that the rezoning request for the same <br /> property be considered at the same public hearing . 1 <br /> 1 <br /> IMPACT: The proposed amendment would change the Land Use PLan I <br /> designation of the 1 .41 acre portion of the propertyfrom Rural. I <br /> Residential to Ten Year Transition/Commercial — Industrial <br /> Transition Activity Node making it compatible for rezoning to <br /> PD t-3. Rezoning would mke it possible for the applicant to <br /> legally pursue on—site wastewater retention and recycling . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: A Planning Board motion to approve the 1 .41 acre request <br /> resulted in a 4 to 4 vote with one abstention . <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the request . <br />
