Kelly have requested a <br /> Class A Special Use Permit for a Non—Residential Mixed <br /> Use/Reuse of an Historic Structure for the property <br /> commonly known as the Bingham School. The property is <br /> located at the northeastern corner of the intersection of <br /> NC 54 and Mebane Oaks Road (SR 1007 in Bingham Township . <br /> The property contains 9.98 acres or 434,728 .8 square feet . <br /> The purpose of the request is to allow for the development <br /> of a bed and breakfast country inn . <br /> The property is known as Tax Map 17 Lot 19 in Bingham <br /> Township . The property is located within an area designated <br /> Agricultural—Residential.
