The property is referenced as Lot <br /> 2A on Tax Map 6 , Block A. This tract was crested by deed on <br /> March 1 , 1983 and did not go through subdivision procedures <br /> in effect at that time It is bordered by residential <br /> development . The tract is designated as AgriculturaL- <br /> Residential on the Land Use Plan . <br /> There is one lot proposed, the size is 4.6 acres excluding <br /> the right—of—way . The property is zoned A—R (Agricultural— <br /> Residential) . <br /> Fire protection for the property in question is provided by <br /> the Orange Rural Fire District . Law enforcement is provided <br /> by the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
