If this <br /> 12.40 acre tract is developed at an R-4 density an <br /> additional 274 trips per day would be added to the streets' <br /> in Northern Fairview. <br /> If Highland Woods is completely developed, approximately <br /> 415 trips per day would be using Harper Street from this <br /> subdivision . <br /> If the remainder of Mr. Scholars' property does not gat <br /> developed this would put approximately 898 trips per day on <br /> the streets in Northern Fairview. If the remainder. is <br /> developed at an R-4 density, this would provide <br /> approximately 1005 trips per day concentrated on North <br /> Dixie and Harper Street unless another entrance is <br /> considered. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board recommends approval of the request. <br /> 1 <br />
