They also <br /> requested that the members of the governing <br /> bodies and planning boards read the Joint <br /> Planning Area Background Data distributed at the <br /> meeting and make written comments on certain <br /> points by September 24, 1985. The items are <br /> listed on page 3 of the attached 9-10-85 <br /> memorandum. <br /> IMPACT: Comment on the points addressed in the Planning <br /> Board Chair memorandum would enable the Chairs, <br /> Joint Planning Board Committee and Staffs to <br /> proceed with the rest of the plan formulation in <br /> accordance with guidelines established by the <br /> governing boards and planning boards. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: As the Board decides . <br />
