<br /> They agreed that the five major elements of the outline leading to the drafting
<br /> of the Land Use Plan (up to B of the Plan Formulation phase)should be completed,
<br /> and then presented for discussion. The drafting of the Land Use Plan would come as a
<br /> second process with apublic hearing date of December 10.
<br /> After reviewing the current staff schedule which called for completion of
<br /> , major work elements by the end of August and joint vork sessions in early
<br /> September,the Chairs agreed Lo recommend the following schedule and discuss it
