Collins <br /> responded that any further development <br /> would be required to use the stub—out <br /> provided from Sweeten Creek Road and that <br /> the existing right—of—way would be closed . <br /> Gordon asked if the right—of—way could be <br /> considered a buffer . Collins responded it <br /> could be considered as part of the open <br /> space requirement. <br /> Commissioner Willhoit referred the proposal <br /> to the Town Manager and County Planning <br /> Board. By consensus decision the public <br /> hearing was continued until September 3, <br /> 1984 to receive the recommendations of • the <br /> Town and Board. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 10:30 p .m . <br /> • <br />
