She indicated that <br /> the Planning Board does agree with the <br /> Manager's recommendation and their concerns <br /> were incorporated into the Manager's <br /> repbrt, but noted the Board did not know of <br /> the problems with the ponds and streams and <br /> noted that a concern regarding utility Line <br /> voltage was not incorporated in the <br /> Manager's report . High voltage lines may <br /> pose an adverse impact. She continued that <br /> the Board raised questions regarding <br /> impacts of stub—outs in the neighborhood <br /> integrity of the development . <br /> No comment was introduced from the <br /> Appearance Commission. <br /> Collins introduced the full agenda packet <br /> into the record as evidence and <br /> specifically cited the Orange County <br /> Recreation Department recommendation . <br /> Council member Smith inquired why only two <br /> parking spaces were provided at the <br /> recreation area, nothing the distance of <br /> the facility from some Lots and requesting <br /> additional spaces.
