Sunrise Drive(N.C. 1732) is a_road between Weaver Dairy Road and - • Whitfield. Road, This road carries a small amount of existing traffic ' mainly because the area has not been developed. The traffic increase can easily be handled by this drive especially with the road im- . provements that are being made on the property frontage. Weaver Dairy Road is a connector road between N.C. 86 and Erwin Road. . The 1984- aberage number of ADT on Weaver Dairy Raod is 4187 per counts taken by the Town of Chapel Hill. This is.well . below the 10,000 vehicle capacity that the road can handle. C. The_ traffic tree in Appendix A shows the increases' in traffic' from the p.m. peak of 4 to 6 p.m. (The tree is also reduced from the 2 hour peak to a one hour volume which is approximately 60%.of the two hour volume, per ratio between 4 to 5 p.m. traffic and 5 to 6 p.m. traffic) . . .
