Trip Generation: <br /> The institute of Traffic Engineer's Trip Generation Report for <br /> single family housing predicts an average daily trip rate of <br /> 10.0. <br /> The Chandler's Green single family residential development has <br /> 133 units which will generate approximately 1330 total average <br /> trips per day.
