QQ 5 ORANGE COUNTY <br /> RECREATION AND PARKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1985 OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL CITIZEN BOARD MEMBER AWARD <br /> Dr. Ronald W. Hyatt, Recipient <br /> Dr. Ronald Hyatt was presented the 1985 Outstanding Individual Award for <br /> 1985 by the Citizen-Boa=d Member Division of the North Carolina Recreation <br /> and Park Society at its annual meeting in Greensboro, on.August 16, 1985. <br /> I <br /> Hyatt, a 9 year member of the Orange County Recreation and Parks Advisory <br /> Council was recognized for: <br /> "outstanding contribution, dedication, and leadership in <br /> the promotion of recreation and parks for the people in <br /> Orange County and the state of North Carolina". <br /> In receiving the award, Dr. Hyatt noted the accomplishments of the Orange <br /> County Recreation and Parks Advisory Council, the excellent support of the <br /> Orange County Board of County Commissioners, and the outstanding leadership <br /> of Mr. Wayne Weston, past, and Miss Mary Anne Black, present Director of <br /> the Orange County Recreation and Parks Department. <br /> Mr. Hyatt thanked the North Carolina Recreation and Park Society for their <br /> support and pledged to continue to serve the people of Orange County and <br /> North Carolina through the medium of recreation, leisure, and parks. <br />
