Griffith & Assoc. for - <br /> the preparation of Orange County's' indirect cost plan. - <br /> NEED: In order to receive reimbursement of county funds expended <br /> to administer federal programs, orange County is required <br /> by OMB circular A87 to have an indirect cost plan prepared <br /> and annually updated. Reimbursements per our plan were in <br /> excess of $150,000. This return would not have been possible <br /> without the plan. <br /> IMPACT: Payment not to exceed $8,000 is appropriated in the <br /> current budget for this purpose. <br /> R E C 0 1-1 DAT I O,%J S Motion to approve entering a contract with David <br /> M.
