027 <br /> WARRANn PROVISIONS <br /> Marktronics products are guaranteed by GDS to be free from factory defects in <br /> workmanship or material under normal use for two •2) years from the date of <br /> shipment. During this period any part will be repaired free of charge if re- <br /> turned prepaid to GDS. The 'warranty excludes damages due to acts of God, misuse, <br /> abuse or accidents, repairs by persons not authorized by GDS and does not extend <br /> to owners of the product subsequent to the original purchaser. <br /> FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br /> Governmental Data Systems will provide Orange County with a "full service <br /> maintenance agreement" at the end of the two. (Z) year warranty period if Orange <br /> County elects to. do so at the established GDS book prices for these services at <br /> that time. <br />
