Governmental Data Systems will provide qualified representatives to <br /> uncrate, inspect and make adjustments to the equipment (if necessary) <br /> to insure that the units are in proper operating condition. <br /> B. Should GDS by the successful bidder, we will provide service and <br /> support for one (1 ) election at-no,additional charg; to Orange County. <br /> Such service and support shall include the following: <br /> 1 . Ballot Layout <br /> 2. Poll Worker Training <br /> 3. Programming <br /> 4. Equipment Operation <br /> 5. Maintenance Training <br /> 6. Election Day Support <br /> C. . Governmental Data Systems- shall provide Orange County with a two (2) <br /> year warranty on the M/210 unit for parts and labor. <br /> D. At the end of the two year warranty period, GDS will provide Orange <br /> County with a full-service maintenance agreement. <br /> IV. TRAINING <br /> Governmental Data Systems will train employees designated by the County <br /> to set up service and maintain the voting equipment at no charge to <br /> Orange County. GDS will also furnish adequate, up-to-date manuals <br /> (operations-maintenance, precinct worker')':. <br /> V.
