'e $,-h em Use of a Residential Mobile Home <br /> (Gies: <br /> A proposed definition of Temporary Residential Mobile Home to be <br /> included in Artict6 22 Definitions is as follows: - <br /> TeMDorary Residant-,=j Mobile Home. A mobile home, <br /> inLU-Pueg for residential use for a 1!hhtted period of <br /> time, for purposes of proViding for custodial care <br /> under a Class' B Special Use Permit or providing temp:- <br /> arary residential space during the installation of <br /> a replacement mobile home or construction of a stick- <br /> built o-r modular residential unit on the same lot, -and <br /> for 30 days after the- issuance of a Certificate of <br /> Occupancy for the permanent residential unit. The temporary <br /> mobile home is not attached to permanent or 'semi-perm6nent <br /> foundation. <br /> IMPACT: -Amendment of the Ordinance would allow *the use of a mobil.e home on <br /> a-:temporary basis during the installation of a permanent mobile <br /> home or the construction of a stick-built or modular residential unit <br /> on the same lot as a permitted use by right requiring only the <br /> issuance of two concurrent building permits. Both structures must also <br /> -comply with applicable zoning regulations in order for the building/ <br /> zoning permits to be issued. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Board recommends that the Zoning <br /> Ordinance be amended to provide for the use of <br /> a temporary residential mobile home. <br />
