This subdivision would have <br /> minimal impact an the area . <br /> The Planning Staff recommended approval with a 30 <br /> foot wide drainage easement along the creek through <br /> Lots By 4, and 5. <br /> Walters expressed concern with traffic safety on <br /> Lebanon Road at Blue Jasper Lane. He would rather <br /> see a redesign with an entranceway on Frazier Road. <br /> ShankLin also expressed concern with the hazardous <br /> intersection and insufficient sight distance. <br /> Collins asked Walters to explain why he preferred <br /> an entranceway onto Frazier Road. Walters <br /> responded that <br /> the Location of Blue Jasper Lane was too close to <br /> the intersection . <br /> Pearson felt that this redesign would create more <br /> traffic problems . <br /> Shank Lin felt that the stop sign on Frazier Road <br /> would help the traffic problem. He noted you could <br /> not see BLus Jasper Lane until you were too close <br /> to it . <br /> Shenk Lin inquired about Lot numbers . <br /> Yuhasz responded that there had been some <br /> combination of Lots due to Lack of park sites. <br /> ShankLin expressed further concerns with possible <br /> driveways onto Lebanon Road. <br /> Greg Shepherd representing the applicant, spoke to <br /> some concerns . He noted that Blue Jasper Lane was <br /> an existing road and it was 640 feet from the . <br /> intersection . Only Lots 4 and 5 exit onto Blue <br /> Jasper Lane . <br /> Walters noted that it would have been deeireabLe to <br /> have seen the design in the initial minor <br /> subdivision phase. <br /> Shank tin felt this plan came in Piecemeal and had <br /> it come to the Planning Board properly, the <br /> problems could have been pointed out early . From a <br /> traffic standpoint, he felt a better entrance would <br /> have been an Frazier Road. <br />
