071- <br /> WEDGEWODD SUBDIVISION — APPEAL <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> SEPTEMBER 3, 1985 <br /> reviewing final plate is to assure that the plat is in proper <br /> order as specifically prescribed by the Subdivision Regulations <br /> eg . proper title; restricted development notations; - location <br /> and width of easements, etc. , not to consider the substantive <br /> issues decided at the preliminary plat stage ag . traffic <br /> conditions; services availability; critical area protection, <br /> etc. They concluded therefore, that there was no basis for <br /> disapproval of the final plat for Wedgewood Subdivision . <br /> IMPACT: The appeal procedures specified in the Subdivision Regulations <br /> provide for the Board of Commissioners to hear the appeal and <br /> act as the final decision—making body on the approval of the <br /> Final Plot. <br /> Approval of the Final Plat would allow the development of the <br /> subdivision as proposed. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommends approval of the FinaL Plat for <br /> Wedgewood subdivision . <br /> II <br /> II <br />
