The Planning Board's <br /> decision may be appealed by the Subdivider to <br /> the County Commissioners. <br /> The Planning Board recommended denial of the Preliminary Plot <br /> on July 15, 1985. <br /> The Board of Commissioners approved the Preliminary Plat on <br /> August 5, 1985 with conditions . <br /> The Planning Board disapproved the Final Plat on August 19, <br /> 1985 by a vote of 5-2 with one abstention. The basis for this <br /> decision was a concern with the safety of the intersection of <br /> Jasper Lane and West Lebanon Road ISR 1306) .
