Bunn <br /> Pope, Jr . <br /> To receive the recommendation of the Planning Board. The <br /> Planning Board considered this item on August 19, 1985. <br /> NEED: The property in question is Located in Ceder Grove Township <br /> along SR 1508 (Hawkins Road) . It is known on Lot 2DB, Tax Map <br /> 19. There are 5 Lots proposed out of approximately 21 acres. <br /> The smallest lot is 1 ,3504 acres and the Largest Lot is 7.8866 <br /> acres . The property is not zoned and is designated <br /> AgrioutturaL–Residential and Water Supply Watershed in the Land <br /> Use Plan . It is Located in the Cedar Grove Fire District . <br /> IMPACT: The addition of 5 Lots could add approximately 34 trips per day <br /> to Hawkins Road. A stream running along the property Lines <br /> between Lots 3 and 4 will need a 30 foot drainage easement . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board recommends approval with a 30 foot <br /> drainage easement along the stream between Lots 3 and 4. <br />
