Bunn <br /> Pope, Jr.. <br /> To receive the recommendation of the Planning Board, The <br /> Planning Board considered this item August 19, 1985. <br /> NEED: The property in question is Located in Cedar Grove Township at <br /> the northeast corner of NC Highway 96 and SR 1506 (Hurdle Mills <br /> Road) . It is known as Lot 34, Tax Map 25. There is one Lot <br /> proposed which is 2.6351 acres and contains frontage on both <br /> state roads . The property is not zoned and is designated Water <br /> Supply Watershed and Agricultural Residential in the Land Use <br /> P Lan . It is Located in the Cedar Grove Fire District . <br /> IMPACT: The addition of this Lot will have minimal impact . <br /> REC014MENDATION: The Planning Board recommends approval . <br />
