Memo from County Manager to Department Heads encouraging <br /> employee participation in the clean-up campaign. <br /> 4. Encourage general public to concentrate efforts in front <br /> of their houses. Trash then to be deposited at nearest <br /> green box dumpster. (All dumpster locations specified). <br /> (Tentative) 5. Establish recycling centers for litter week at several <br /> county-wide locations — i.e. Efland, Cedar Grove, <br /> Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, Carrboro. <br />
