064 <br /> 7/10/85 Submitted a revised request for 1.41 acres of the Hillsborough property to be <br /> changed in the Land Use Plan instead of the original 4.34 acres. <br /> 7/15/85 Atteded:the Planning Board Meeting and answered questions. 411 <br /> 7/24/85 I wrote a letter to Carolyn McCaskill DEM updating her on the progress <br /> being made on the change in the Land Use Plan and when we could give <br /> her department additional information on our non discharge permit <br /> application. <br /> 8/5/85 Received letter from Mr. R. W. Van Tilburgh DEM that once they had a <br /> complete set of plans that met their specifications, that the lagoons <br /> could be considered as adquate system for controlling wastewater run off.. <br /> 8/5/85 Appeared before the Orange County Commissioners on behalf of our <br /> application for changing the Land Use Plan. Board referred plan to <br /> • another public hearing on 8/26/85. <br /> 8/6/85 Met with Ms. Smith and Mr. BM to get additional forms needed for next <br /> hearing. <br /> 8/7/85 Met with Phil Post & Fritz Brunssen to go over additional material for next <br /> • hearing. <br /> 8/8/85 Wrote Mr. Van Tilburg on latest developments on our application for change <br /> in Land Use Plan and non discharge permit application. <br /> ** These are high lights on my efforts to obtain changes in the Land Use <br /> Plan and a non discharge permit from DEM.
