NC 54 and SR 1007 (Mebane Oaks Road) in Bingham Township . It is <br /> known as Lot 19 on Orange County Tax Map 17 . The area to be rezoned contains <br /> approximately 434,729 square feet or 9 .88 acres . The present zoning of the <br /> property is Agricultural—Residential (A—R) <br /> The applicant is requesting that a Class A Special Use Permit for a Non— <br /> Residential Reuse/Mixed Use of an Historic Structure be granted to allow the <br /> use of the property as a bed and breakfast establishment . <br /> All interested citizens are invited to attend this hearing and be heard . <br /> Changes may be made in the advertised proposals which reflect debate , <br /> objections and discussions at the hearing . <br /> Citizens unable to attend the hearing may express their views by writing <br /> to the Orange County Planning Department , 106 East Margaret Lane, Hillsborough , <br /> North Carolina 27279 . For your concerns to be fully considered , they must be <br /> received by the Planning Department prior to. the public hearing . <br /> Questions regarding the proposals should be directed to the Orange County <br /> Planning Department .
