Location: The site of 9.98 acres is located at NE corner SR1007 <br /> (Mebane-Oaks Rd.) and NC 54. On the N, E, & S the site borders farm land <br /> belonging to heirs of Harmon McIver. <br /> B. Traffic Considerations: Entry to the site is made on E/S of <br /> SR1007. Traffic circulation on the site is a loop road with gravel surface. <br /> Parking is within a fenced lot maintaining the original esthetics of the <br /> site. <br /> IV. Finding #1: Restoration and limited use will enhance the adjacent <br /> property. <br /> A. Zoning: The site is now zoned for farming-residential coded <br /> AR and RI. 411 <br />
