The site will be occupied 24 hours per day. <br /> Finding #3: Building Plans <br /> A. Floor Plan attached. <br /> B. Photographs attached showing exterior and interior views of <br /> restoration and rehabilitation of buildings and site. <br /> C. Extreme care has been exercised in the preservation of original <br /> style and character leaving all original features untouched. This has been <br /> done with guidance from both the N. C. Department of Archives and History and <br /> the Historical Preservation Society of NC which is duly noted on the property <br /> deed. <br /> D. Location: The site of 9.98 acres is located at NE corner SR1007 <br /> (Mebane-Oaks Rd.) and NC 54. On the N, E, & S the site borders farm land <br /> belonging to heirs of Harmon McIver. <br /> B. Traffic Considerations: Entry to the site is made on E/S of <br /> SR1007. Traffic circulation on the site is a loop road with gravel surface. <br /> Parking is within a fenced lot maintaining the original esthetics of the <br /> site. <br /> IV. Finding #1: Restoration and limited use will enhance the adjacent <br /> property. <br /> A. Zoning: The site is now zoned for farming-residential coded <br /> AR and RI. 411 <br />
