The property is referenced as Tax Map 44A, lots <br /> 3 through 26 and Tax Map 42, Block C part of Lot 1 , <br /> Hillsborough Township . The present zoning classification is <br /> (Residential-1 ) . The applicant is requesting the entire 64.71 <br /> acres to be rezoned (Residential-3) R-3. <br /> The property is located in an area designated as Ten Year <br /> Transition in the Orange County Lend Use Plan . <br /> IMPACT: Approval of the request would allow a density of 15,000 square <br /> feet per dwelling unit on the 64.71 acres. <br /> Soils in the area are Georgeville, Tatum and Enon .
