County Zoning <br /> Ordinance, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the Superior Court- <br /> room of the Orange County Courthouse, I06 East Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, North Carolina <br /> on. It contains <br /> 1,823,421.6 square feet. or 41.86 acres. <br /> The apifl,icant is requesting that the property be rezoned from Residential-1 <br /> to Residential-3. <br /> 2.2. Z-3-85 ROBERT A. AND RACRAEL SCHOLAR <br /> The property in question is located along Harper Street (SR 1395) and Dixie <br /> Drive north of the Town. of Hillsborough in Hillsborough Township. It is <br /> known as.Lot- 17 on Orange County Tax Map i15 for Hillsborough Township. It <br /> -• contains 540, 144 square feet or I2.4-acres. <br /> The applicant is requesting that the property be rezoned from Residential-I <br /> to Residential-4. • <br /> All interested citizens are invited to attend this hearing and be heard.
