13.E IIINOTICE' OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO TEE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS AND ZONING ORDINANCE OP ORANGE COUNTY, N Pursuant to the requirements of the General Statutes of North _•Carolina, Chapter 153A, Section 323 and Section 343; Article 20.5 and Article 20.6 of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance and Section VIZI of the Orange County Subdivision Regulations, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the Superior Courtroom of the Orange County courthouse., 106 East Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, N.C. on Monday, Pebruarf 25, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of-giving all interested citizens an opportunity to speak for or against the adoption of proposed amendments to the Orange County Zoning Ordinance, Zoning Atlas and Subdivision Regulations . The amendments under consideration are as follows: 1. Z-2-85 DR. =YE WENG NG AND GUAT WEND NG The property in question is located at the southwest corner of N.C. 86 North and Coleman Loop Road (SR 1332) in Hillsborough Township. It is known as Lot 28 on Orange County Tax Map #3 for Hillsborough Township. It contains 1.823,421.6 square feet or 41,86 acres. The applicant is requesting that the property be rezoned from Residential-1 to Residential-3 . 2. Z-3-85 ROBERT A. AND RACEAEL SCHOLAR The property in question is located along Harper Street (SR 1395) and Dixie Drive north of the Town of Hillsborough in Hillsborough Township. It is known as Lot 17 on Orange County Tax Map #-5 for Hillsborough Township. It contains 540,144 square feet or 12.4 acres. The applicant is requesting that the property be rezoned from Residential-1 to Residential-4• 3. ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENTS FOR CHEEKS TOWNSHIP a. Z-5-85 WIL COM. TRUCK LINES, BURCH COMPTON The property in question is located north of US 70 in Cheeks Township. It is known as Lots 36C and 37 an Orange County Tax Map 28 for Cheeks Township . Lot 36C contains 166, 834.8 square feet or 3 .83 acres. Lot 37 contains 760,122 square feet or 17.45 acres . The applicant is requesting that an error in the Zoning Atlas be corrected and that Lot 36C and a portion of Lot 37 be rezoned from Residential-I to Existing Commercial-V.
