13 0 NOTICE OF THE CONTINUATION OF THE PUBLIC BEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS <br /> TO TH& ZONING ORDINANCE REGULATIONS AND ATLAS OF ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> Pursuant to the requirements of the General Statutes of North Carolina, Chapter Alp, <br /> Section 323 and Section 343, Article 20.5 and Article 20.6 of the Orange County Zoning., <br /> Ordinance. notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the Superior Court- <br /> room of the Orange County Courthouse, 106 East Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, North Carolina <br /> on Monday August 26, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of giving all interested citizens . <br /> an opportunity to speak for or against the adoption of proposed amendments to the Orange <br /> County Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Atlas. <br /> The amendments under consideration are as follows: <br /> 1. Z-2-85 DR. KHYE WENG NG AND GUAT WENG NG. <br /> The property. in question is located at the southwest corner of NC 86 North <br /> and Coleman Loop Road (SR 1332) in Hillsborough Township. It is known as <br /> Lot 28 on Orange County Tax.Map #3 for Hillsborough Township. It contains <br /> 1,823,421.6 square feet or 41.86 acres. <br /> The applicant is requesting that the property be rezoned from Residential-1 <br /> to Residential-3. <br /> 2. Z-3-85 ROBERT A. AND RACEAEL SCHOLAR <br /> The property in question is located along Harper Street (SR 1395) and Dixie <br /> Drive north of the Town of Hillsborough in Hillsborough Township. It is <br /> known as Lot 17 on Orange County Tax Map #5 for Hillsborough Township. It <br /> contains 540, 144 square feet or 12.4-acres. <br /> 111 <br /> The applicant is requesting that the property be rezoned from Residential-1 <br /> to Residential-4. <br /> All interested citizens are invited to attend this hearing and be heard.
