C. 27278 <br /> Re: Dr. Weng Ng Property - Tax Map 3, Lot 28 <br /> Dear Sir: <br /> This is to advise you that the Town of Hillsborough is willing to per- <br /> mit the owners of the above described development to connect to the Town's <br /> Water-Sewer system; provided, however, that all necessary requirements of <br /> the Town and, where necessary, the State are met. <br /> In the event that existing lines or other components of the Town's <br /> system are inadequate to accommodate the proposed development, the developer <br /> is responsible for upgrading such lines or components, either individually <br /> or in cooperation with other developers. The Town of Hillsborough assumes <br /> no financial responsibility o�xtension upgrading <br /> lines between improvement <br /> che Townns system <br /> system component, nor for the <br /> and the proposed development. <br /> It should be noted that it is the Town's position that the Town's <br /> system does not presently have the storage capacity necessary to ensure ade- <br /> quate water pressure to existing users in the vicinity of the proposed develop- <br /> ment.
