C. 27278 Re: Dr. Weng Ng Property - Tax Map 3, Lot 28 Dear Sir: This is to advise you that the Town of Hillsborough is willing to per- mit the owners of the above described development to connect to the Town's Water-Sewer system; provided, however, that all necessary requirements of the Town and, where necessary, the State are met. In the event that existing lines or other components of the Town's system are inadequate to accommodate the proposed development, the developer is responsible for upgrading such lines or components, either individually or in cooperation with other developers.
