It is referenced as tax Map 45, Lot 32 <br /> Hillsborough Township. The portion to be redesignated contains 1 .41 acres (inclusive <br /> of highway and railroad rights-of-way). It is the northwestern tip of a 4.34 acre <br /> parcel which was merged with the existing Chandler parcel ((2.91 acres inclusive of <br /> rights-of-way) on October 3, 1984. <br /> ISSUES <br /> This application raises the following land use issues for consideration: <br /> 1. Appropriateness of area for industrial uses. <br /> 2. Implications of rezoning. <br /> 3. The relationship between the application and the overall Land Use Plan and <br /> policies for the County: <br /> 4. Impacts on Old N.C. 10 (SR 1710). <br /> 5.
