The <br /> present zoning of the property is Residential-1 (R-1 ) . <br /> The applicant . is requesting that the property be <br /> redesignated in the Land Use Plan from Rural <br /> Residential to Commercial—Industrial Transition Activity <br /> Node . The apLicant is also requesting a Class A Special <br /> Use Permit for a Planned Development—Industrial (PD I-3) <br /> to allow for use of the property for runoff facilities <br /> associated with the operations of the plant . <br /> ALL interested citizens are invited to attend this <br /> hearing and be heard . Changes may be made in the advertised <br /> proposals which reflect debate, objections and discussions at <br /> the hearing . Citizens unable to attend the hearing may <br /> express their views by writing to the Orange County Planning <br /> Department, 108 East Margaret Lane, Hillsborough , North <br /> Carolina 27278 . For your concerns to be fully considered , <br /> they must be received by the Planning Department prior to the <br /> public hearing . <br /> Questions regarding the proposals should be directed to <br /> the Orange County Planning Department . Copies of the <br /> proposed full amendments are available in the Planning <br /> Department for public review .
