Plant on Old N.C. 10 <br /> south of Hillsborough. All work that was requested to be done has been <br /> completed. <br /> We are requesting that an addition be made to the area where the <br /> two detention basins are currently located. An additional basin with <br /> the basic dimensions of 40' by 40' by 5' depth needs to be added on the <br /> east side of the existing basins. <br /> Since a drawing does not need to be submitted, we request that you <br /> provide us with a letter stating that since the area is less than <br /> 20,000 square feet we are allowed to excavate the basin provided we <br /> protect the area from excessive erosion. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Frit H.
