Leasing 420 feet of additional office space in the <br /> adjacent Central Telephone building would facilitate this <br /> agency's space needs and be convenient to the rest of agency's <br /> functioning in the Agriculture Extension Building. After reno- <br /> vation is completed of the recently acquired Carr Building into <br /> County office space Soil and Water Conservation will be <br /> relocated. Duration of the lease will be one year with the <br /> lease amount set at $2,400. <br /> IMPACT: Rental funds are budgeted in SCS's rental account. <br /> RECOMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve lease agreement with Central Telephone Company for <br /> office space. <br />
