081 <br /> LEASE AMEN <br /> This Lease Anenduent (the "Amendment") to that certain Lease <br /> Agreement dated July 13, 1985 (the "Lease"), by and between <br /> the Tbwn of Chapel Bill, as Lessor (the "Town") and the <br /> County of Orange, as Lessee (the "County"). <br /> In consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions set <br /> forth below, the Tbwn and County agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Lease shall be amended to include provision #14 <br /> which shall read as follows: <br /> 14. Insurance <br /> The County shall provide at its own expense liabi- <br /> lity insurance, naming the Tbwn as an additional <br /> insured, covering its activities at the Leased <br /> Premises in limits approved by the Tbwn Manager, <br /> and any other insurance required by law or the <br /> Town, such as Workmen's Compensation. Copies of <br /> such insurance policies shall be provided to the <br /> Town Manager at execution of the Renewal Lease <br /> Agreement. Said Insurance shall provide that the <br /> Town be given at least 30 days prior written notice <br /> before a policy maybe altered, amended, cancelled, <br /> terminated, or allowed to lapse. The County shall <br /> require all subleases to provide at its or their <br /> expense liability insurance, naming the Town and <br /> County as additional insured, covering a <br /> subleasee's activity on the Leased Premises in <br /> limits approved by the Town Manager. Copies of <br /> such insurance policies shall be provided to the <br /> Town and County prior to a subleasee occupying <br /> space in the Leased Premises. Said insurance shall <br /> provide that the Town and County shall be given at <br /> least 30 days prior written notice before a policy <br /> maybe altered, amended, cancelled, terminated, or <br /> allowed to lapse. <br />
