The revision was necessary to make the Model <br /> Ordinance consistent with changes made in the Sedimentation Pollution <br /> Control Act and its Regulations. The Commission further moved to <br /> require all local governments administering such ordinances to revise <br /> thTiei'Vrdiffance docmmenf57TT-reflect said amendments within 180 calendar <br /> _ . - - <br /> (Tays. <br /> A copy of the revised Model Ordinance is included which contains <br /> the subject changes. The changes themselves have been underlined and <br /> are noted by an asterisk in the page margin opposite the revision. <br /> • Please note that the revised Model Ordinance as approved currently <br /> represents the minimum requirements for local ordinance documents. <br /> Revisions at the local level must meet and may exceed those contained in <br /> the Model. <br /> Revised local ordJnancedpc'jmantsjgust be received <br /> the L11d ualir—S-eCiion no later than January 1, 1986, for their review <br /> an comment back to the local goveiAiii1711- necessary.
