The revision was necessary to make the Model <br /> Ordinance consistent with changes made in the Sedimentation Pollution <br /> Control Act and its Regulations. The Commission further moved to <br /> require all local governments administering such ordinances to revise <br /> thTiei'Vrdiffance docmmenf57TT-reflect said amendments within 180 calendar <br /> _ . - - <br /> (Tays. <br /> A copy of the revised Model Ordinance is included which contains <br /> the subject changes.
