005 <br /> surgeons, osteopaths, chiropractors, physical therapists or <br /> podiatrists in connection with the practice of medicine, <br /> chiropractic, osteopathy, physical therapy or podiatry. <br /> 6. The ordinance would also not apply to: <br /> A. physicians, surgeons, chiropractors, <br /> osteopaths, physical therapists or podiatrists duly licensed <br /> in North Carolina; <br /> B. registered or practical nurses duly <br /> licensed in North Carolina working under the supervision of a <br /> licensed physician, chiropractor, osteopath or podiatrist; <br /> C. cosme toligists , barbers or beauty <br /> culturists duly licensed in North Carolina who do not give, <br /> or hold themselves out to give, massages other than are <br /> customarily given in barber shops and beauty shops solely for. <br /> the purpose of beautification. <br /> 7. The ordinance would permit the business or <br /> profession of massage to be conducted between the hours of <br /> 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. only. <br /> A public hearing will be held at 7:30 o'clock p.m. , <br /> • on the 20th day of August, 1985, at the Courtroom in the old <br /> post office building, located at the corner of Henderson <br /> Street and E. Franklin Street, Chapel Hill, North Carolina in <br /> order to discuss the proposed ordinance.
