<br /> If real or personal property is conveyed without consideration to a county,

<br /> city,or other unit,of local government to be used for a specific purpose set out
<br /> in the instrument of conveyance and the governing body of the county,city,or
<br /> other unit of local government determines that the property will not be used
<br /> - for that purpose, the county, city, or other unit of local government may
<br /> reconvey the property without consideration to the grantor or his heirs,
<br /> assigns,or nominees.Before it may make a reconveyance,the county,city,or
<br /> other unit of local government shall publish once a week for two weeks notice

<br /> A county may make special assessments against benefited property within

<br /> ,. improving sewage collection and disposal systems of all types,includ-
<br /> ing septic tank systems or other on-site collection or disposal facilities

<br /> ing or improving beach erosion control or flood and hurricane pro-
