When M: <br /> Stone made his appeal, our Chief Appraiser, Mr. George Meyer, was sent out for <br /> an inside inspection and Mr. Stone would not let Mr. Meyer see the inside of hi$ <br /> home; therefore, x cannot recommend any change. <br />
