Professional dues 40.00 <br /> The County agrees to provide a specific work area for <br /> the Planner in the Department and to provide transportation <br /> necessary for the performance of County duties . <br /> 8. General supervision of the Planner shall be the <br /> responsibility of the Department Director or his/her designee as <br /> related to County duties . Supervision as related to Town duties <br /> shall be the responsibility of the Town Clerk. <br /> Periodic evaluations of the Planner and the services <br /> provided shall be made by the Town Board and the Department <br /> Director or his/her designee and as agreed upon by the Town and <br /> the County. If the Town becomes dissatisfied with the quantity <br /> and/or quality of service provided, the Department Director shall <br /> have the opportunity of providing another Planner of equivalent <br /> or higher education and experience. If the Town objects to such <br /> replacement, the, matter shall be resolved between the Director <br /> and the Mayor or his/her designee . <br /> 9 .During the period of recruitment of an individual <br /> to serve as Planner, the County shall make available the services <br /> of Department Planning Interns who shall carry out those duties <br /> in connection with issuing permits and assisting Town boards and <br /> commissions. The Town shall reimburse the County for the cost of <br /> such interim assistance at a rate not to exceed $6 .96 per hour <br /> and not to exceed a total of twenty—one and one—half (21-1/2) <br /> hours per week . <br /> 10.
