e. Provide assistance in the administration <br /> and enforcement of the Town 's Housing Code; <br /> f. Refer Legal, inquiries to the Town Attorney <br /> and/or Institute of Government; and <br /> g . Provide assistance in the administration <br /> and enforcement of the Town 's Flood Damage Prevention <br /> Ordinance . <br /> Activities to be conducted while working for the <br /> County shall be Limited primarily to the preparation of Land use <br /> • plans for "activity nodes" and "transition areas" surrounding the <br /> Town and as designated in the adopted County Land Use Plan . <br /> 5. The Town agrees to pay the County $12,500.00 of the <br /> amount required to provide salary , and fringe benefits for thd <br /> Planner. The County agrees to provide the balance of funding <br /> necessary . <br /> ALL fees collected by the Town from zoning permits as well <br /> as conditional, use, variance and other applications shall be <br /> retained by the Town . <br /> 6. The Town agrees to provide funding in it 's 1985-86 budget <br /> for operating expenses in connection with planning services for <br /> the Town as follows: <br /> Attorney fees $ 1 ,000.00 <br /> Tetephone/postage 600.00 <br /> Advertising 700.00 <br /> Travel 300.00 <br /> Supplies 1 ,000.00 <br /> The Planner shall be provided a specific work area <br /> within the Town 's municipal building. In addition , the Town <br /> shall provide clerical support for the Planner in connection with <br /> those duties related to Town business , including , but not Limited <br /> to, the typing of correspondence, and the recording and drafting <br /> of minutes . The Town shall also be responsible for the <br /> notification of property owners as related to condition use end <br /> variance requests , public hearings and meeting schedules . Such <br /> notification shall include the typing and mailing of said <br /> notices . Transportation shalt be provided by the Town when the <br /> Planner is performing Town duties . Where transportation cannot <br /> be provided, the Planner shall be reimbursed for the use of <br /> his/her personal vehicle at the current adopted mileage rate for <br /> the Town . <br /> 7. The County agrees to provide funding in it 's <br /> 1985-86 budget for operating and capital expenses in connection <br /> with planning services for the County as follows: <br /> Travel and training $ 285.00 <br /> Office furniture 725 .00 <br /> • <br />
