Requi- <br /> rements to revise the impervious surface ratio <br /> requirements to reflect State/Local Action Guidelines <br /> for the Fells of the Neuse and Jordan reservoirs. <br /> • revisions to Article 7 Planned Developments and Article <br /> 8 Special. Use Permits to consolidate the provisions of <br /> both articles and to amend the general standards to <br /> shift the burden of evidence to the applicant . <br /> • revisions to Article 6 Agajicatiori...loSi_mensionat <br /> Requirements to allow for alternative methods of <br /> controlling the first 1/2" of runoff in water supply <br /> watersheds . <br /> IMPACT: Review of the proposed advertisements would ensure that the <br /> legal notice of the public hearing is in a form that can be <br /> understood by persons not familiar with the subject. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Accept as to form. <br /> MEMOMMormrmr <br />
