Blythe. <br /> • 1, LUP-2--85 Chandler Concrete Company, Inc. (Rural Residential to Ten Year <br /> Transition and Commercial-Industrial Transition Activity Node.) <br /> Presentation was made by Gene Bell. This request by Chandler Concrete <br /> Company, Inc. is for an amendment to the secondary Land Use Plan (LUP) for a <br /> 4.34 acre tract of land on the south side of Old NC 10 (SR 1710) about 112 mile <br /> from the intersection of new W 86 referenced as Tax Map 45, Lot 32 in <br /> Hillsborough Tbwnship. It is currently classified Rural Residential with R-1 <br /> zoning. Mr. Chandler is requesting the designation of Ten Year Transition and • <br /> Commercial Industrial Transition Mae. The tract is adjacent to a 1.47 acre <br /> • tract of lard which contains Chandler's existing ready-mix concrete operation <br /> and is zoned 1-3. Division of Environ- <br /> mental Management (DJ ) officials visited Chandler's new tract <br /> in response to citizen complaints about wastewater runoff. <br />
