We would like to ammend our applicatioA <br /> for this Land Use Plan as follows; we would like to request that 1.41 acres of <br /> property that adjoins our concrete plant be designated ten year transition <br /> commercial industrial transition activity node, making it compatable for commer- <br /> cial or industrial rezoning. We would also like to request that the balance of <br /> 2.93 acres and the furthest property from our office be left in the rural resi- <br /> dential area. <br /> We are attaching a new drawing prepared by Phillip Post & Associates showing <br /> this division of the property that we have purchased, and it would allow us to use <br /> a portion of the 4.34 acres.
